Vending on Race Day
Our vendors over the years have done an outstanding job of supporting Paddle for Life. From our food vendors, to coffee vendors and our craft vendors, they have all added something special to the event. Vendors have their own area that is located just behind the team areas. This allows participants, their family, and friends to readily see your vendor tent. There have been as many as 400 people at Paddle for Life events in the past. Paddle for Life also falls on the City of Ridgefield’s First Saturday event, so there’s even more potential as folks come from downtown to the waterfront to see the races.
If you are interested in vending for our next event, please complete and send the form on this page, and a member of our Vendor Committee will reach out to you. The vendor cost is $40 per booth space for sales vendors; wellness vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle basket in lieu of a vendor fee. Your space is confirmed only after submitting a completed vendor agreement & after payment is received.
