Registration

Teams can down load the registration packet here. (Registration Packet) After a team is registered all further instructions and information will be sent to the team’s captain/manager.

Individuals wanting to participate or teams looking for paddlers should contact us through e-mail registration@paddleforlife.org or call 877-872-3211.

Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration - Closed
Regular Registration – As of June 1 - $850
Late Registration - After August 7 - $1,000

Team Composition
10 paddlers per race! Your team size can be from 10 to 15, but 12 is a good size. Remember you must have at least 4 women paddlers in the boat. More women, even all women are fine, but no all men’s crews. We’ll supply the helm to steer the boat, you can have your own drummer or use one of ours. Minimum age for a team member is 13 yrs old. Paddle for Life will be supplying the helms.

Event Cancellation Policy
Here at Paddle for Life we work hard to provide a complete race and festival experience, but alas, some things are out of our control, weather included.  If conditions exist where Paddle for Life decides that inclement weather or safety has become an issue and the race event cannot be held or continued, and the races have not progressed to the point where teams can clearly be identified as winners in their respective brackets, medals and trophies will not be awarded.  Teams or sponsoring organizations are not entitled to refund of race entry fees. The race organizers may alter the racing format or schedule for any division in an attempt to determine a clear winner.
