Please make payments in two installments. One check/credit card for the booth fee and another for the deposit. The security deposit/clean-up deposit is refundable within 2-3 weeks following the festival, after the assessment of any violations. Please make checks payable to "PADDLE FOR LIFE" or call 971-222-3679 to put deposit on your credit card.
To receive your refund of your deposit, you must enclose ONE self-addressed (for checks), stamped envelopes and follow the Terms and Conditions Agreement. Mail payments, Terms and Conditions Agreement with your signature(s) and the completed application to:

Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
The location of your booth will be at the discretion of the event chairman and/or festival director. We will try to not to place “like” vendors next to each other as much as possible.
Food vendors may apply for a spot by downloading the application packet and submitting the appropriate payment. No refunds will be given for event cancelations beyond the organizers control. All refund requests will be given at the discretion of the organizer.
The vendor hours are from 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Set-up is at 8:30 a.m. on the day of the event. All vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their space and may be charged an additional fee if not done.
